Every Dallas-Fort Worth account starts on foot. We walk the entrances, the parking garages and surface lots, the loading docks and the spots that go dark after closing, and we ask what problems the property has had. A Plano office may need one unarmed officer at the lobby desk during business hours. A Fort Worth distribution center may need a gate post around the clock, and a construction lot in McKinney may be best watched by a camera trailer with patrol visits.
You get one contact who answers 24/7 and one reporting system for every site. A regional manager in Dallas can open Vision InSites and read the night report from an Arlington property without waiting for a phone call.
Security Officers
Unarmed officers for hotel lobbies, apartment and HOA gates, assisted living communities, corporate offices and warehouses across DFW, on long-term, short-term or temporary posts. Each officer is First Aid and CPR certified and learns your layout, procedures and contacts before the first shift.
Licensed armed officers for DFW properties with higher risk, such as sites that handle cash, store high-value goods or have had serious incidents. If our site walk shows an unarmed officer will do the job, we will tell you. SecureOne works in Texas under Texas Security Contractor Guard Company License #B27337201.
Marked patrol vehicles visit your property on an unpredictable schedule to check doors, gates, parking areas, pools and fence lines. It is a good fit for properties that need regular checks but not a full-time post. Every vehicle is tracked with GPS Insight and records with in-car 360-degree cameras.
Sometimes a sworn officer in uniform is the right call, for example a large public event, heavy traffic at an entrance or a short-term threat against a property. For everyday coverage, most DFW properties get more value from a SecureOne officer trained on that site. Tell us the situation and we will recommend one or the other.
Texas licensing sets the minimum. Our in-house Director of Training builds programs around the industry and the facility, so a front desk officer at a Dallas hotel and a dock officer at a Fort Worth warehouse each train for their own post and are tested again after orientation.
Event security for a single night or a multi-day run. Officers can cover entrances, parking and the crowd, and your regular SecureOne contact plans the event with you so extra staff and your everyday officers work from the same instructions.
Remote camera monitoring is part of our DFW service list, and solar-powered camera trailers are one way to deliver it. A trailer can watch a construction site, equipment yard or vacant property with no power hookup, it is professionally monitored around the clock, and it can be paired with mobile patrol.
